Visit our Fifth Floor Technology department and you’ll be amazed at our selection of one-of-a-kind devices. From products that turn your living room into an incredible home cinema to the latest gaming equipment, discover our edit of the best technology you can find in-store.
The cinema is no longer the only destination for seeing your favourite films on the big screen. OLED, QLED and 4K TVs are all designed to enhance your viewing experience. And with 100-inch projectors that use the same display technologies, there’s no reason why you can’t supersize your move nights.
With powerful speakers that glide apart, The Beovision Harmony really puts on a show, supported not only with an impressive 97-inch screen, but also with 8K resolution and a super-bright display powered by 33 million OLED pixels. Speak to a Bang & Olufsen expert in-store.
Compact in size, the 4K Horizon Pro projector can work from just about anywhere, whether you place it on a shelf in the bedroom or a sideboard in the living room. Plus, the 200-inch screen is engineered to automatically scale around objects in the room – no heavy lifting required. Find out more at Tekzone Sound & Vision on the Fifth Floor in-store.
This new Samsung TV offers a brilliantly intense 8K experience. Its 98-inch screen is virtually edgeless and brought to life in stunning and accurate colour detail thanks to Neo Quantum HDR 8K Pro technology. Visit the Samsung boutique in-store.
Looking for a stylish projector? Leica’s Cine 1 is so sleek that it will actually enhance your interior. Its 4K screen can project up to 120 inches, and thanks to its Summicron lens, it offers the same picture clarity as the brand’s world-renowned cameras. Discover Leica with an expert in-store.
OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) is a display technology that houses self-lit pixels and individually controls them. This enables two pixels to simultaneously display intensely deep blacks and brilliant whites, resulting in a greater contrast and more vivid colour.
4K is a resolution that displays 8MP images – about 8.3 million pixels. The higher the number of pixels, the higher the resolution. Although 4K is used interchangeably with Ultra High Definition, a 4K resolution offers a slightly superior image quality, because its pixel count is denser: 4096 x 2160 as opposed to 3840 x 2160.
Most OLED TVs will come with 4K resolution, but they can also come with the slightly pricier 8K resolution. Although OLED TVs are popular, there are many other display options to choose from, including the brighter QLED and LED technologies.

The Beosound 2 wouldn’t look out of place in an episode of Black Mirror. Curious party guests might wonder what it is, until they realise it’s the source of your party’s 360-degree sound. Equipped with a 94 dB SPL, this small speaker is surprisingly loud. Visit Bang & Olufsen in-store.
Looking for a slim speaker? KEF’s LS60s are only 13cm wide, so they’ll slot seamlessly into your interiors. Visit Tekzone Sound & Vision on the Fifth Floor to find out more.
As our ears receive sound via its pressure level, the SPL (sound pressure level) of a speaker is most important. For context, a normal talking level is between 60 and 70 dB, and anything above 85 dB is considered loud.
Yes. Bluetooth is a wireless technology that allows you to exchange data between your devices when they’re within close range of each other – making it suitable for use outside.
An indoor speaker relies on the acoustics of an enclosed space to emphasise sound, while an outdoor speaker is designed to be louder than the ambient noise around it.
Headphones on, world out – sound familiar? If you and your friends are devoting hours of your time to gaming, then you deserve to get the full experience with an incredible gaming setup.
