Charlie Oven was born out of its founders wanting to improve their bread-making skills at home by buying a commercial charcoal oven. The pursuit led them to experiment with seafood, which left a deliciously smoky result as the charcoal flavour seeped into the food, creating a restaurant-quality meal. This idea of bringing a staple appliance from professional kitchens to your living space powered the creation of the Charlie Charcoal oven – a pizza oven, a hot and cold smoker and a charcoal barbecue all wrapped into one aesthetically pleasing package.
