Founded by brothers George and Daniel Daou in 2009, DAOU Family Estates was created with the vision to make California ‘first growth’ wine, and it’s thanks to the sublime terroir of DAOU Mountain, located in the Adelaida Distric of Paso Robles, that the winery is able to produce the highest quality Cabernet Sauvignon. Soul of a Lion 2018 balances a creamy black cherry aroma with toasted herbs and roasted coffee notes. The palate is dense with cohesive flavours of savoury meat and blueberry.
