A mineral flavour profile lies at the heart of Delamotte’s Blanc de Blancs, with the House striving for purity. Chardonnay grown in the Côte des Blancs terroir is vinified in stainless steel tanks, with a chalky finish achieved by a small addition of reserve wine. It channels the pure chalk soil the vines are grown in and develops in flavour even further after up to five years of maturation on the lees.
