Piero Fornasetti first called upon the signs of the Zodiac in 1951, decking a first class cabin aboard the liner Andrea Doria in astronomical décor. Three decades later, the founder was inspired to fuse the zodiac with the brand’s iconic Tema e Variazioni series. The No. 348 wall plate showcases the sign of Aries, which was recovered by Barnaba Fornasetti – up until now remaining nothing but a sketch.
