- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Once opened, store the biscuits in an airtight container and use within 2 weeks, use the tea within 3 months. For the perfect cup of tea, first warm the pot with boiling water. Empty the pot, then add one teaspoon of tea per cup plus an extra teaspoon for the pot. Add freshly boiled water, and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add milk, sugar or honey to taste. Stir before serving.
