Its grapes are destemmed rather than crushed and given an eight-day maceration before being punched down – the Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vigny 2021 is a product of this process. A result of both Chambolle Musigny's chalky soil vineyards and the extensive extraction of tannins, the sensory experience of this Pinot Noir is exquisite; note the allure of black cherry and subtle spice before the distinct presence of saline minerality that lingers on the palate.
