In a modern update on its classic sauté pan, Le Creuset's stainless steel design features a a three-piece system consisting of the sauté pan, heat-resistant glass lid and non-stick poaching insert. Ideal for frying, baking and roasting, it can also be used with the insert to cook perfectly poached eggs. The 3-ply construction ensures excellent heat dispersion from base to rim, preventing hot spots, while an all-round pouring rim helps prevent drips.
