Weekend Max Mara’s Pasticcino clutch bag – an Italian term for ‘little pastry’ – has been an icon for almost a decade, and as a part of a special edition, the label reworks the accessory though an international lens. A part of the Pasticcino Bag World Tour Project, this lambskin iteration is part of the Spanish Heritage line, which celebrates Spain’s craft expertise: hand-worked Cordovan leather has been hand-painted and embossed for a tactile finish, and the customary striking clasp closure boasts a design made using traditional techniques from Toledo.
