Cuvée William Deutz has been the House’s flagship blend since the 1960s, made in its state-of-the-art winery in Aÿ, where each parcel of grapes used is vinified in its own separate tank. 2013 brought a challenging harvest with a delayed growth cycle, but produced grapes with a fruity, unexpected palate. This translates into the year’s vintage, a complex, energetic blend with a light, silky finish.
