The label takes ageing to extraordinary levels by caging 24 bottles of the vintage and sinking it 60 meters under the sea off the coast of Ouessant Island, Brittany. The conditions this deep are perfect with no natural light, at the prime temperature and with external pressure, developing the palate and increasing its internal pressure.
