For over 16 generations, family-run Gosset has preserved and built on the winemaking tradition of its home in Champagne, France, and this is only the ninth bottle of vintage Celebris Cuveé in the last 35 years. The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes balances minerality and fruitiness with notes of citrus, vanilla blossom and berries, resulting in a supreme pairing for red meats, chicken and white fish.
