Born from the desire to create a Rosé Champagne that’s unique year after year, Krug turns to its archives by including a selection 29 wines from five different years in the 29th edition of the blend. While reserve wines make up 33% of the bottle, the rest is a classic mix of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with a small amount of the Pinot Noir grapes traditionally macerated on the skins.
