"Brut Nature is so honest, so minimal, that I didn't want to add anything to it. Nothing but the truth and honesty." – Philippe Starck

The story of Louis Roederer’s Brut Nature began in 2003; the previously unremarkable vineyards on the hillsides of Cumières, Hautvillers and Vertus resisted the heat and drought of the summer, producing balanced, intense grapes. After some experimentation, Brut Nature was born, featuring a light, delicate fizz and no added dosage to the blend’s Pinot Noir. For the 2018 vintage, the House collaborated with designer Philippe Starck on an innovative and creative design to house the fruity, saline-tinged blend.
