In 1858, Louis Vuitton’s innovative stackable trunk redefined travel, quickly becoming an objet d’art that symbolised the Maison's beginnings. For the Autumn/Winter 2025 season, creative director Nicolas Ghesquière delves into the archives to unveil a reimagined version of the iconic silhouette in honour of its rich history – thus, the Side Trunk shoulder bag was born. Imagined in fine leather and debossed with the label’s logo, it features elements from the original design, including S-lock hardware and silver-tone corners.
