The Ridge Estate cabernet’s grapes are grown in the cool air of the Santa Cruz Mountains, concentrating the flavours of their low-yielding vines. The resulting 2022 vintage has a complex nose of black cherry, plum and olive, and a fresh entry with building tannins that coat the palate.
