Using our Personal Shopping service (formally known as Virtual Concierge) is easy, simply click the link below to email our team at [email protected] with some details about you – such as your preferred language and departments of interest – and we’ll connect you with the team.
From there, your personal shopper will contact you on whichever platform you prefer – think WhatsApp, We Chat, video calling and more. Of course, a traditional phone call is always welcome, too.
