- UK: Heathrow (Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5) and Gatwick (North and South Terminals)

- Qatar: Hamad International Airport (airside, arrivals and Duty-Free)

Yes, there is also a Harrods outlet in the following international location: China - The British House store in Beijing.

No, as of 1st January 2021, the VAT Retail Export Scheme has ended. Overseas visitors will no longer be able to obtain VAT refunds on purchases.

To return items purchased from our Gatwick outlet, please contact our Customer Service team, or visit them in our Knightsbridge store, on the Third Floor.

To return items purchases from our Heathrow outlet, you can either visit the Heathrow website for further details, or visit our Customer Service team directly at the Knightsbridge store, on the Third Floor.
