Our Personal Shopping service allows you to shop with Harrods remotely wherever you are, by connecting you to a dedicated sales expert based in our Knightsbridge store who will assist you with your purchases from start to finish. Once connected, your personal shopper will contact you on whichever platform you prefer, whether that’s by sending photos of items in-store via WhatsApp or taking you round a department on a video call. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Harrods American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, UnionPay and Alipay. Harrods Gift Cards (please note, additional security checks may be required for this payment method).
Please note, order placed with Personal Shopping can be easily returned using our free returns service. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact your personal shopper directly or email [email protected].
When purchasing through Personal Shopping, you can either arrange delivery to your address or arrange collection from our Knightsbridge store. Our Personal Shopping delivery timeframes are the same as our online orders – please click here for more information on fees and delivery times. There is also an option to collect from the Knightsbridge store. Please let your Personal Shopper know if you wish to do so, so they can assist you. The Collection Point for Personal Shopping is located at the Harrods Tea Rooms, next to Door 2.

Our Personal Shopping team will confirm your order tracking details shortly after your purchase is complete. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.
If you wish to return any items, please contact your Personal Shopper and let them know you wish to make a ‘remote return’. Your Personal Shopper can arrange for your order to be collected and returned to Harrods, at which point we will process a refund if the items are in line with our returns policy.
Please note that refunds do not include delivery costs. If you are returning your items from outside the UK, the charge to return the items will be at your own cost. Unfortunately, Personal Shopping items cannot be returned to any of Harrods collections desks.
Duties and taxes will be charged on your order depending on your shipping location. If your address is in the UK or you are collecting your item from the Harrods Knightsbridge store collection point, you will pay UK VAT on your order. Otherwise, duties and taxes will be calculated and charged based on your shipping location.
Yes, please speak to your Personal Shopper to request a 10% day booking, this can be arranged where 24 hours' notice is given.
Yes, your Personal Shopper will support you in how to use your Cash Reward and this can be processed to tender your order either in full or in part.
Yes, Harrods Rewards customers can earn points through this service. Please confirm your Rewards card number with your Personal Shopper and they will be able to ensure the purchase is connected to your Rewards account.
