By participating in any Competitions or Offers, you agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions applicable to the promotion.

Wine & Champagne Offer
10% discount off 12 bottles of Wine or Champagne (the "Offer")
1. Offer is open to all customers aged 18 and over, from and including Wednesday 4th July 2018, but the Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
2. Offer applies to full priced 75cl bottles only (excluding bottles packaged and sold with glasses and 75 centilitre multi gift packs).
3. Offer excludes spirits.

UnionPay Complimentary Gift Wrap Promotion
Harrods is the Promoter of these experiences and offers, working in partnership with UnionPay to deliver the experiences.
1. This offer is open to all UnionPay cardholders over 18 years old excluding any employees of Harrods or UnionPay.
2. All payments relating to this offer should be made using a UnionPay payment card.
3. This offer is valid only between 1st January 2019 – 31st January 2019 (the “Promotional Period”).
4. The Offer: Spend £200 or over in one transaction on your UnionPay card anywhere in Harrods Knightsbridge store (“Qualifying Purchase”), excluding the restaurants, during the Promotional Period and you will be given a complimentary gift wrap voucher with your till receipt (see clause 6) for use at the Harrods Gift Wrap Station, which is valid for up to three days after your Qualifying Purchase.

10. By participating in this offer, participants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.

Patchi Prize Draw
1. Entry to the prize draw is open to mainland UK residents who are Harrods Rewards members who spend £250 or more in one transaction on Patchi items at Harrods Knightsbridge store (the "Store") between Monday 10 December and Monday 31 December 2018 (inclusive). This prize draw is not open to employees of Harrods, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate families.
2. To enter, entrants must complete and submit the prize draw form available at Patchi in the Store and include their full name, email address and Rewards Card number together with any marketing communications that they have received as part of this offer by Monday 31 December 2018 ("Qualifying Entry").
3. Purchases at Harrods airport stores and harrods.com are excluded.
4. The prize draw is free to enter. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Collective and/or proxy entries are not allowed.
5. There will be three winners and three prizes consisting of: a) the first prize will include a silver Patchi jardinière filled with chocolates; b)the second prize will include a Patchi chocolate Christmas arrangement; and c)the third prize will include a Patchi chocolate gourmandine tower, (each a "Prize", together the "Prizes").
6. Each of the winners will be randomly selected by a random number generator from all Qualifying Entries on 16 January 2019 and will each be informed that they have won by email (in accordance with the contact details on the Qualifying Entry) by 18 January 2019.
7.The Prizes must be collected by the winners from the Rewards station on the third Floor of the Store by 18 January 2019 in accordance with the Promoter's instructions. In the event that a winner does not collect their Prize by this date in accordance with the Promoter's instructions and/or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner due to incorrect or incomplete contact details on the Qualifying Entry, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to randomly select another entrant to receive that Prize.
8. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of each winner. If a winner cannot provide proof of age and/or identity to the Promoter's satisfaction, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly select another entrant to receive that Prize.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, defaced or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise, or inability or delay to contact the winner, or entrants' contact details which are incorrect or incomplete.
11. The Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to exchange the Prizes for item(s) of equal or greater value, to cancel the prize draw without notice and/or to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
13. The Prizes (or any part of them) may contain allergens. Please see Prize packaging for full details. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the consumption of the Prizes (or any part of them) including but not limited to allergic reactions, or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by any entrant, or any loss or damage to property as a result of participation in the prize drawn.
15. This prize draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
