The queue for Luxe Pass ticket holders will open 1 hour 30 minutes before your time slot, with priority check-in. Check-in for Carnival Pass ticket holders will open once Luxe Pass ticket holders have been checked in. Please have your confirmation email ready so we can scan the QR code.

You will choose your time slot when booking your ticket online. Your selected date and time will appear on your confirmation email. You may arrive at any point within your time slot, but you must leave the store when your session ends to allow the next session to begin.

Yes, one ticket is required per person.

If you have purchased a Luxe Pass, your time slot will be allocated in the queue on the day before you enter the store. Please note, these are 1-hour slots scheduled throughout the session.

Goodie bags can be earned when you purchase products in-store on the day. If you spend over £70, you are entitled to a Build Your Own Goodie Bag, where you can choose 5 deluxe samples from our goodie bag station. Luxe Pass ticket holders will also receive an additional deluxe sample.

If you miss the time slot on your ticket, we cannot guarantee entry due to capacity restrictions. Please ensure you arrive within your allocated session time.

A Carnival Pass ticket is free, and Luxe Pass tickets are £15. Both are exclusive to MyBeauty members. Not a member? Sign up here.

This is a pre-booked ticketed event. However, if tickets are still available, you can sign up for a Carnival Pass or upgrade to a Luxe Pass on the day, provided you sign up to MyBeauty first.

Masterclasses are open to all ticket holders, but spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once you have booked your Carnival ticket, you will receive a reminder email with a booking link asking if you would like to pre-book an express facial. There will also be limited availability to book on the day when in store.
