The queue for Luxe Pass ticket holders will open 1 hour 30 minutes before your time slot, with priority check-in. Check-in for Carnival Pass ticket holders will open once Luxe Pass ticket holders have been checked in. Please have your confirmation email ready so we can scan the QR code.

You will choose your time slot when booking your ticket online. Your selected date and time will appear on your confirmation email. You may arrive at any point within your time slot, but you must leave the store when your session ends to allow the next session to begin.

Yes, one ticket is required per person.

If you have purchased a Luxe Pass, your time slot will be allocated in the queue on the day, just before you enter the store. Please note, these are 30-minute slots scheduled throughout the session.

Goodie bags can be earned when you purchase products in-store on the day. If you spend over £60, you are entitled to a Build Your Own Goodie Bag, where you can choose 5 products from our goodie bag station. Luxe Pass ticket holders will also receive one full-size beauty product. Goodie bags are limited to one per ticket holder, multiple spends over £60 will not qualify for multiple goodie bags.

If you miss the time slot on your ticket, we cannot guarantee entry due to capacity restrictions. Please ensure you arrive within your allocated session time.

A Carnival Pass ticket is free, while a Luxe Pass tickets are £15. Both are exclusive to MyBeauty members. Not a member? Sign up here.

This is a pre-booked ticketed event. However, if tickets are still available, you can sign up for a Carnival Pass or upgrade to a Luxe Pass on the day, provided you sign up to MyBeauty first.

Masterclasses are open to all ticket holders, but spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Drybar will be offering £10 express dry-style services exclusively at Carnival. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event. Please arrive with clean, dry hair for the best experience.

MyBeauty members who have booked a ticket for the Carnival will receive an email with a booking link to reserve aspace for £10 for a Dermalogica session at dedicated service tables in H Beauty stores. The £10 ticket includes:
