1. The offer is open to all United Overseas Bank (i) UOB Visa Signature or UOB Visa Infinite Credit Cards issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, or Indonesia. (ii) Citi-branded Visa Signature and UOB Visa Infinite Credit Cards issued in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia or Vietnam cardholders, who spend £1,000 or more in a single transaction or across up to 3 transactions in a single day (when using their Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, Citi-branded Visa Signature or Citi-branded Visa Infinite card) in store at the Harrods Knightsbridge store between 1st December 2023 and 31st December 2024 (“Qualifying Customers”).
2. Qualifying Customers will be eligible to select one of the following Harrods Experience vouchers:
(i) Afternoon Tea for Two at Tiffany Blue Box Café (no Champagne),
(ii) Three Course Set Menu with Cocktails for 2 at Studio Frantzén, and
(iii) 4 cocktails and One Sharing Platter at Baccarat Bar, together the “Vouchers”
3. In order to redeem the Voucher, Qualifying Customers must present the eligible same-day receipt(s) and UOB Visa card(s) at the Customer Service counter on the 3rd Floor of Harrods’ Knightsbridge store.
4. Qualifying Customers must book in advance to redeem the Vouchers. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made (i) by visiting or calling Harrods’ Customer Service on (+44) 020 7730 1234 or (ii) via the contact details noted on the Voucher.
5. The Vouchers will expire 6 months from date of issuance. Any Voucher not redeemed by the stated date will be forfeit.

7. All payments must be made in person at Harrods’ Knightsbridge store in London and must be made using the Qualifying Customer’s UOB Visa Signature, UOB Visa Infinite along with Citi-branded Visa Signature or Citi-branded Visa Infinite card issued in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia or Vietnam.
8. This offer may only be redeemed once during the offer period and Vouchers are limited to one per primary card holder. Vouchers may only be redeemed by the primary card holder.
9. Qualifying Customers will be required to present the original Voucher at the time of redeeming the offer. Copies, pictures and/or duplications of the Voucher will not be accepted.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, to substitute the Vouchers for a voucher of equal or greater value or to suspend this offer at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
11. This offer is non-transferable and Vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.
12. To the extent permitted by law, Visa, the Promoter and the United Oversea Bank (UOB) will not be responsible for any adverse effects occurring as a result of a Qualifying Customer’s use of this offer including, without limitation, any allergic reactions, or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by the Qualifying Customer.
13. This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
