Keep it Fresh
At Harrods, our commitment to seasonality takes us around the globe, following the sun to hand-pick fresh produce at its peak – whether that’s rainier cherries, white Alba truffles or heirloom tomatoes.
Farm to Fork
We’ve forged partnerships with farms and suppliers who care as much about the quality, flavour and origin of food as we do.
Food Expertise
Harrods has been a food pioneer since 1834, delighting visitors with an unrivalled selection of delicious produce – an ambition that lives on in the Food Halls today.
Culinary Treasures
Home to Urbani truffles, Kobe beef, Albino Beluga caviar, Alaskan king crab and more, Harrods is your go-to place for the world’s rarest delicacies.
The dishes you see in the Fresh Market Hall are all made in-house by our team of 150 chefs. Led by executive head chef Andy Cook and senior head chef Andy Ward (whose careers have included stints with Gordon Ramsey and Marcus Waering, respectively), the on-site kitchens send out everything from the very best sausage rolls to beef Wellington, all made with ingredients from the Food Halls.
