    Returns

    If you change your mind about your order or gift purchase, you can send it back to us using our free returns service. To arrange your return, simply sign in and go to Orders & Returns in your account. Once you’ve found your order, click Start a Return. If you don’t have an account, click here.

    To make sure your Christmas shopping experience is seamless, we have extended our returns period for purchases made in-store and online. For all Online orders placed from 21st October 2020 onwards, you have up until 31st January 2021 to return.

    If you purchased an item through our remote shopping services, you can contact your Personal Shopper or Customer Services to arrange a return. 

    Due to the temporary closure of our stores, we’ve extended our returns policy on purchases made in-store from 21st October 2020. You will have two weeks from the date the store opens to return unwanted items subject to inspection as per policy.
