All guests visiting and having treatments in The Wellness Clinic must be aged 18 or over. For health-and-safety reasons, and in order to maintain a peaceful, relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that children are not brought into the spa.
The Wellness Clinic is located on the Fourth Floor of our Harrods Knightsbridge store, adjacent to the Fashion Lab, and is easily accessible via Door 3.

All bookings, including consultations, are subject to a percentage-deposit payment at the time of booking. If a bespoke programme is booked, The Wellness Clinic reserves the right to request full payment in advance. Please note: these payments are non-refundable, irrespective of any cancellation notice received, and cannot be redeemed against any other service in The Wellness Clinic.
Yes. Once we have processed payment for your deposit or service in full, we will send you a confirmation of your booked appointment.
All bookings, including consultations, are subject to a percentage-deposit payment at the time of booking. Your appointment confirmation and any information required for your visit will be sent via email. We kindly ask that you provide an up-to-date email address at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, you need to notify The Wellness Clinic at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment time. Please note: deposits will only be refunded if the cancellation takes place within this timeframe.
If we have to close the premises for circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your booking. So that we can keep you updated on any changes to your booking, please provide up-to-date contact details.
