Harrods Terms and Policies
MyBeauty Terms & Conditions
The MyBeauty loyalty programme is operated by Harrods Limited and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Harrods Rewards Programme (“Harrods Rewards T&Cs”) and the additional terms set out below (the "MyBeauty Programme"). Capitalised terms used here have the meaning given to those terms in the Harrods Rewards T&Cs unless otherwise specified below.
Membership to the MyBeauty Programme is open to all existing Members of the Harrods Rewards Programme.
To join the MyBeauty Programme, eligible Members can sign up through the QR code available in-store at Harrods Knightsbridge, H Beauty stores or on relevant Harrods promotional communications, or through their online account at harrods.com.
MyBeauty Programme membership includes offers and promotions provided by Harrods from time to time. These benefits are subject to availability and Harrods reserves the right to substitute and/or change these at any time, at its discretion.
By participating in the MyBeauty Programme, Members consent to Harrods processing and storing any information provided by the Member, which includes and is not limited to information supplied in connection with the Member’s registration, transactions, purchases, event attendance and participation in the MyBeauty Programme.
MyBeauty Members can hear about MyBeauty promotions and offers by subscribing to receive MyBeauty marketing communications when joining the MyBeauty Programme or through the Communications Preference Centre located within their Harrods account.
Harrods may, from time to time, take photographs and/or video footage during MyBeauty Programme events for marketing and promotional purposes (both internal and external). Harrods may use the photographs and/or video footage and the image of the Member for such marketing and promotional material without restriction and without any other compensation.
For more information about how Harrods uses data, including how to manage your preferences, please see ‘Privacy and Your Data’ section of the Harrods Rewards Ts&Cs. In this section, references to the Programme include both MyBeauty Members and Harrods Rewards Members.
Harrods has the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the MyBeauty Programme at any time and Members should refer to www.harrods.com/en-gb/legal/harrods-rewards for up-to-date terms and conditions. Members will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by their continued use of a Rewards Card and/or participation in any MyBeauty Programme offers, promotions and competitions.
All other terms of the Harrods Rewards Ts&Cs shall apply to the MyBeauty Programme.
