Harrods Terms and Policies
Promotions & Events
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to events hosted by the Promoter at Harrods, Knightsbridge (each an ‘Event’; together the ‘Events’). Additional details and terms will apply to individual Events and customers will be notified of these prior to booking for the relevant Event.
2. All Events are subject to availability and any stated maximum capacities. Unless stated otherwise, spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and customers must follow the Promoter’s specific instructions regarding the Event booking process. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly submitted, incomplete, illegible or corrupted information provided by a customer in relation to an Event and/or any inability of the Promoter to contact a customer regarding an Event.
3. Customers are required to arrive at Events promptly for the stated start time. Customers who arrive late to Events may not be permitted entry.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to request a valid form of photo ID prior to entry to an Event. Where applicable, the Promoter may also ask customers to produce their ticket and/or booking confirmation corresponding to their photo ID. If a customer is unable to provide a valid form of photo ID and/or ticket and/or booking reference to the Promoter’s satisfaction, none of that customer’s party will be permitted to attend the Event.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to an Event at its sole discretion.
6. Where children are permitted to attend an Event (in accordance with any specific Event terms), they must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian (18+) at all times.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of an Event and/or to cancel an Event due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disappointment suffered as a result of failure to attend an Event.
8. By booking and attending an Event, customers agree (on their own behalf and on behalf of any guests attending with them) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any specific terms applicable to the relevant Event (including, without limit, any age restrictions).
9. Where food and drink is available at an Event, it may contain allergens including, without limitation, shellfish, dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, wheat and soya. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed at an Event (including but not limited to allergic reactions), or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by an attendee, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending an Event.
10. At some Events, products may be used and/or made available for customers to try. These products may contain allergens. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from products used, sampled or available at an Event including but not limited to allergic reactions.
11. Customers understand that they may be required to provide personal information about themselves and the other Event attendees to (a) the Promoter; (b) the Event organiser, for the purpose of administering the Event; and (c) the third-party booking system operator, for purposes of making the booking (where booking is required). By submitting this personal information, customers consent (on behalf of themselves and any other named individuals) to the Promoter and (where applicable) the Event organiser that they may collect and store the personal information submitted. Additionally, they confirm that they have the express consent of any named individuals to provide their personal information for these purposes. Details of the Event Organiser’s privacy policy and any third-party booking system operator will be provided at the time of booking.
12. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any specific Event terms, the specific Event terms shall take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve any such conflict. For more information regarding Events, please contact our Customer Service team.
13. At its sole discretion, the Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and shall notify any amended Terms and Conditions on its website at harrods.com/legal/events.
14. These Terms and Conditions and any specific Event terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. Unless stated otherwise, the Promoter is Harrods Limited (Company no. 30209) of 87–135 Brompton Road, London SW1X 7XL.
In addition to the above, the following terms and conditions shall also apply to beauty Masterclass events:
1. Unless specified otherwise, tickets are limited to a maximum of two tickets per customer (being the customer and one guest) per Masterclass. Each ticket is valid for one person at the time and date specified. Unless otherwise specified all Masterclass attendees must be at least 18 years old, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (who must have their own Masterclass ticket).
2. If your booking is successful, you will receive an email confirmation containing your ticket(s). Attendees must show their email confirmation and photo ID to be permitted entry to the Masterclass.
3. Unless the ticket says otherwise, if the customer is unable to attend the Masterclass once their booking has been confirmed, the ticket fee and voucher (if applicable) will not be refunded.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to attend the Masterclass or redeem any voucher.
The voucher may only be used once and can be used as full or part payment (as applicable), but no change shall be given. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
Customers will be required to present the original voucher at the time of redeeming the offer. Damaged vouchers or copies, pictures and/or duplications of the voucher will not be accepted. The voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
The voucher cannot be transferred to any other person or resold or exchanged for cash or any product or service, other than as specified on the voucher.
Unless specified otherwise, vouchers cannot be used for online purchases, gift cards or event tickets.
Redemption of the voucher is subject to availability and the Promoter’s terms and conditions which may change from time to time.
From 1st September 2025 until 31st January 2026, all customers who purchase Afternoon Tea from The Georgian Restaurant on the Fourth Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store between 5.30pm and 6.30pm (Monday to Friday only), will receive one complimentary ‘The Dragon’s Kiss’ cocktail and one glass of Moët & Chandon Brut Champagne per person dining (the “Complimentary Beverages”). The Complimentary Beverages will only be available to customers who purchase Afternoon Tea (and will not be offered to customers purchasing other menu items (even if seated on a table with others who have purchased Afternoon Tea)). This offer is available to customers who make a reservation as well as walk-ins. Reservations and spaces are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (and Harrods’ standard reservations terms and conditions shall apply). Substitutions (including non-alcoholic options) for the Complimentary Beverages may be available on request, but remain solely at Harrods’ discretion. By confirming their reservation, customers acknowledge that Harrods needs to process their personal information for the purpose of administering the reservation. 1. Subject to availability, customers who purchase a ticket in advance can attend the Harrods Spring Festival Tea Making Workshop with Teddy Bears Afternoon Tea on the fourth floor at The Georgian Terrace and Restaurant at the Harrods Knightsbridge store on 8 February 2026 between 11:00 am –13:30 pm (“Workshop”).
2. A £80 ticket fee applies to the Workshop and includes a complimentary child ticket (between the ages of 6 - 12). Ticket purchases are limited to two per person.
3. Customers who attend the Workshop without a child between the ages of 6 – 12 may not be permitted entry to the Workshop and their reservation to the Workshop may be cancelled without a refund.
4. Spaces at the Workshop are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Customers must purchase a ticket to book the Workshop at least 24 hours in advance via the following link:

5. On purchasing a ticket, customers will receive an email confirmation which must be shown on entry to the Workshop in order to gain access. 6. Customers who have booked a ticket for the Workshop must arrive to the Georgian Terrace at the Harrods Knightsbridge store, at least 10 mins before the start of the Workshop. Customers who arrive more than 15 minutes late to the Workshop may not be permitted entry.
7. Customers who attend the Workshop, will receive the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea for two (themselves and their accompanying child) experience at The Georgian, at the Harrods Knightsbridge store (subject to availability) (“Offer”).
8. The Offer may only be redeemed once. The Offer may only be redeemed on the day of the Workshop (8 February 2026) at The Georgian, at the Harrods Knightsbridge store at 12:00 pm. Customers must attend the Workshop in order to be eligible to redeem the Offer. 9. If you are no longer able to attend the Workshop, please use the booking link provided (https://harrods-events.appointedd.com/booking-widget/694043715304a05d90ce07b1) to cancel your booking as soon as possible. Cancellations via any other channels such as email, phone call, or Whatsapp are not accepted. Please note tickets are non-refundable if cancelled or if you fail to show up to the Workshop.
10. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed at a Workshop (including but not limited to allergic reactions), or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by an attendee, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending the Workshop. 11. Subject to availability, customers who have booked a ticket in advance can attend the Hermes Spring Festival Make-Up Masterclass in the Beauty Masterclass Studio on the lower ground floor at the Harrods Knightsbridge store on 3 February 2026 between 6:00pm - 7:00pm (“Masterclass”).
2. A £60 ticket fee per person applies to the Masterclass. Ticket purchases are limited to two per person.
3. Spaces at the Masterclass are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Customers must book a ticket to reserve a space at the Masterclass at least 24 hours in advance via the following link:

4. On purchasing a ticket, customers will receive an email confirmation which must be shown on entry to a Masterclass, in order to gain access, and will act as a voucher of £60. The voucher can only be redeemed on purchases of Hermes beauty products at the Harrods Knightsbridge store, on the date of the Masterclass only. The voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers or other vouchers and can only be redeemed once. Refunds are not available on products purchased using the voucher unless the item(s) are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ask in store for more details.
5. On attending the Masterclass, customers will receive a complimentary glass of champagne. Alcohol will not be served to customers under the age of 18 (ID may be required in order to prove age).
6. Customers attending the Masterclass, who purchase the “Hermes Plein Air” foundation in store on the day of the Masterclass will be eligible to receive a complimentary bespoke nail art and animations by Hermes expert manicurists (“Offer”). To redeem the Offer, customers must evidence their attendance to the Masterclass by presenting their email confirmation of booking. The Offer is subject to availability and may only be redeemed once.
7. Customers who purchase a ticket will also receive a free gift when attending the Masterclass.

A £30 ticket fee per person applies to the Masterclass. Ticket purchases are limited to two per person. Spaces at the Masterclass are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Customers must register to book a Masterclass at least 24 hours in advance via the following link:

On purchasing a ticket, customers will receive an email confirmation which must be shown on entry to a Masterclass, in order to gain access, and will act as a voucher of £30. The voucher can only be redeemed on purchases of any beauty products from the Eligible Beauty Brands (as defined below*) included in Library Site at the Harrods Knightsbridge store (please ask in store for more details), on the date of the Masterclass only. The voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers or other vouchers and can only be redeemed once. Refunds are not available on products purchased using the voucher unless the item(s) are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ask in store for more details.
