Hailing from the appellation of Saint-Émilion, Château Cheval Blanc produces the most famous cabernet franc-based red in the world. This is in part thanks to the patchwork of soils present on the estate that produce wines with velvety tannins from clay and aromatic wines from gravel, allowing for a collection of truly refined blends. The 2022 vintage offers black-fruit aromas and perfumed oak spices on the nose, that follow with a blackberry and elderberry palate – pairing well with beef and venison dishes.
