Established in 1871 and owned by Francis Ford Coppola since 1975, Inglenook is a historical estate in Rutherford along California’s Napa Valley. The vineyard’s flagship wine – Rubicon – was first released in 1985 and is traditionally made of a Bordeaux blend. For the first time, the 2005 vintage is purely made from Cabernet Sauvignon; a heavy experience, it possesses ripe flavours of blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries, violets, chocolate, cedar and melted minerals.
