Men's oversized T-shirts, graphic print T-shirts, logo T-shirts: we all have them in our wardrobes, but nobody does them quite like Loewe. You’ll find styles that are the result of boundary-pushing collaborations with up-and-coming designers as well as looks from the label’s Balearic-inspired Paula’s Ibiza collection. Let’s not underestimate the oft-overlooked simplicity of a plain T-shirt though – Loewe’s are anything but basic thanks to its signature swirling Anagram motif.
In the Bag
Loewe has long been synonymous with expertly hand-crafted leather goods, but its designs have taken a turn towards cult-classic status since Jonathan Anderson took the helm. From the unisex Puzzle and the instantly recognisable Gate to the wear-everywhere Balloon, the brand’s bags have quickly become icons in their own right.

After making waves with his eponymous label, JW Anderson, Jonathan Anderson took up the reins at Loewe in 2013. Famed for his commitment to innovation and craft, the Northern Irish designer has transformed the brand into a firm favourite on the contemporary fashion scene with his instantly recognisable, off-kilter elegance.
Detail is Everything
Since Enrique Loewe Roessberg first assembled a team of leather artisans over 150 years ago, craft has been at the heart of every Loewe design. And it’s a passion of Creative Director Jonathan Anderson, whose ongoing pursuit of innovation is brought to the annual Loewe Craft Prize – an award and exhibition designed to ‘highlight the continuing contribution of craft to the culture of our time’.
Innovating in Partnership
Jonathan Anderson is no stranger to collaboration, an approach that is best evidenced by his ongoing creative relationship with Ibizan hotspot, Paula’s. Established in the hippy daze of 1972, Armin Heinemann’s legendary Balearic boutique exerts its laidback Mediterranean influence in the form of re-worked Loewe classics (including the Hammock and Anagram bags), bold tropical prints and slogan T-shirts.
