The Collection represents Louis Roederer’s exploration of how global warming is shaping Champagne production. In pursuit of freshness, the house set out to build a perpetual reserve of wines with vibrant, mineral qualities to enrich its non-vintage blends. Collection 243 draws 31% from this reserve and 10% from oak-aged wines, with the remainder coming from the year’s harvest – creating a full-bodied, fleshy pour with remarkable depth.
