When plumber Ian Puddick bought the Old Bakery back in 2012 to use as an office, he later learnt that the original bakers made and sold illicit gin. Puddick then tracked down the original recipe, bought gin stills, got the appropriate license and now produces craft gin inspired by the century-old secret recipe.
