Personal Shopping

Personal Shopping is a complimentary service exclusively available to our Platinum and Black Tier members.

You will be assigned a Personal Shopper to help you navigate the store during an in-store appointment or assist you remotely with your requests. Whether you need a gift or a wardrobe refresh, no request is too big for our team.

You can! Earning Harrods Rewards points with Personal Shopping is one of the many benefits of our loyalty programme. Just mention your Rewards membership to your Personal Shopper when arranging your appointment. Did you know you can also redeem your Rewards points with Personal Shopping? Yes! Using your 10% discount day with our Personal Shopping service can make a great day even better. Request your personal 10% day with your Personal Shopper.

If you wish to return any items, please contact your Personal Shopper and let them know you wish to make a ‘remote return’. Your Personal Shopper can arrange for your order to be collected and returned to Harrods, at which point we will process a refund if the items are in line with our returns policy.

Please note that refunds do not include delivery costs. If you are returning your items from outside the UK, the charge to return the items will be at your own cost. Unfortunately, Personal Shopping items cannot be returned to any of Harrods collections desks.

Depending on where you live, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You can only cancel your order by contacting your personal shopper and providing them with your dispatch number and the details of the product you wish to cancel.

Please note: this policy only applies if your order has not been dispatched for delivery, at which point we would ask you to please wait until you have received your order and can follow the returns policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or cancel items that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification, unless faulty upon arrival.
