Charlie Oven was born out of its founders wanting to improve their bread-making skills at home by buying a commercial charcoal oven. The pursuit led them to experiment with seafood, which left a deliciously smoky result as the charcoal flavour seeped into the food, creating a restaurant-quality meal.
