Diversity, equity and inclusion are central to our People strategy, and we are dedicated to nurturing an inclusive and positive working environment for all. Our goal is to increase representation in all dimensions to reflect the customers we serve and the increasingly diverse and global marketplace we operate in. Over the last year, we have invested significantly in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) agenda. This includes focusing on our existing colleague networks, capturing data to inform our decision-making, and creating an inclusive and equitable culture.
Our three focus areas for our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy are:
Data & Insight – Understanding our current diversity demographics and defining the targeted progress we want to see.
Culture & Learning – Building awareness and confidence at all levels to create an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel valued and respected.
Belonging Networks – Amplifying our current Belonging Networks and adding new networks to encourage allyship and intersectionality.
