Please contact +44 (0)20 7225 5678 or email [email protected]. All bookings, including consultations, are subject to a percentage deposit payment at the time of making the reservation. If you are making a booking with a gift voucher please quote the voucher number.
Please note: all treatments require a consultation with our expert staff. This includes cryotherapy.
What services do you offer?
Full-time services include aesthetics, dermatology, fitness, nutrition and holistic therapies. Harrods will also host a selection of guest experts throughout the year, giving clients access to the industry’s leading practitioners, as well as the most innovative and exciting new services and procedures.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 mins before your appointment or on time for our first appointments of the day when the store opens. Arriving late will reduce your appointment time as each session will finish exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may not be able to proceed with your treatment and we will require you to rebook.
What is The Wellness Clinic’s cancellation policy?
Treatments and personal training appointments that are missed or not rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in your deposit becoming non-refundable. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation takes place more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
Please note: in line with government guidance, face coverings remain mandatory in The Wellness Clinic.
