The Harrods American Express® Card

This product is a Charge Card, meaning that unlike a Credit Card balance, its balance needs to be paid in full every month. A £195 annual fee will automatically be charged to your Harrods American Express® Card Account upon the opening of your Account, and thereafter annually upon the anniversary of your Account opening date.

The Harrods American Express Charge Card is offered by American Express Services Europe Limited registered office: Belgrave House, 76 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 9AX, United Kingdom. It is registered in England and Wales with Company Number 1833139 and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Applicants must be 18 years old or over. Approval of your application for a Harrods American Express® Card Account is subject to your status.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Qualifying customers who apply for, are approved for and activate their Harrods American Express® Card ("Card") and spend £3,000 or more on their Card within three months of Card approval, will be eligible to receive 5,000 Harrods Rewards points. Cardmembership begins from the date of Card approval. It can take up to eight weeks for the 5,000 Harrods Rewards points to be added to your Account once you have met the required spend.

3. You must purchase goods or services at the Harrods Knightsbridge store, H beauty locations or online using your Harrods American Express® Card and must enter your Harrods Rewards Membership number online at the point of checkout.

4. Points are earned for every £1 spent and charged to your Card per transaction. Points are not earned on returned purchases, cash withdrawals, American Express traveller’s cheque purchases, foreign exchange, or other Account charges.

5. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive a deduction of £25 from the total cost of their bill (“Credit”) each quarter when spending £25 or more in any restaurant within the Harrods Knightsbridge store (when presenting their Harrods Rewards Card and paying with their Harrods American Express® Card). The Credit will be applied to the first eligible restaurant spend of £25 or more.

1. This offer is open to primary Harrods American Express® Cardmembers aged 18 and over (“Cardmembers”).

2. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive a deduction of £25 from the total cost of their bill ("Credit") when spending £25 or more in any restaurant within the Harrods Knightsbridge store (when presenting their Harrods Rewards card and paying with their Harrods American Express® Card).

3. The offer will be available for the Cardmember to redeem from 1st July 2023 onwards and will reset on the first day of each quarterly month (i.e. 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October). The Credit will be applied to the first eligible restaurant spend of £25 or more. The Credit will not accumulate and will expire if not used during each quarter.

5. Cardmembers should notify the Promoter of any allergy or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While the Promoter will endeavour to accommodate the allergy and dietary requirements provided, the Promoter and American Express will not be responsible for any adverse effects occurring as a result of the Cardmembers using the offer including, without limitation, any allergic reactions, or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by the Cardmember. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms seeks to exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

6. This Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash. Please note that the Credit will not be visible on Cardmembers' Harrods Rewards account statements.

9. Harrods reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, to substitute the Credit for an amount of equal or greater value or to suspend or cancel this offer at any time at its sole discretion.

1. This offer is open to all Harrods American Express® Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) aged 18 or over, between 10th October 2023 and 31st December 2026.

2. Cardmembers who:

   1. Sign up to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (“SLH”) SLH Club loyalty programme or;

   2. Are existing Club 02 (Tier 2) members of the SLH CLUB loyalty programme,

   3. will be eligible for a complimentary upgrade to Club 02 of the SLH CLUB loyalty programme (“Membership Upgrade”).

3. Cardmembers who are newly signing up to the SLH programme must sign up via slh.com/partners/harrods-Club02-upgrade and will be automatically enrolled into the Membership Upgrade, which will show on their SLH account.

4. Cardmembers who are existing SLH Club 01 (Tier 1) members must contact the SLH team at [email protected] to request their Membership Upgrade, which will show on their SLH account within 7 working days of the request.

5. The Membership Upgrade will be valid from the date of upgrade until 31st December of the subsequent calendar year.

6. This offer excludes existing SLH Club 02 (Tier 2) loyalty members.

1. The Whisky Bonbon Tasting Experience Event (“Event”) is open to customers who hold the Harrods American Express card aged 18 and over (ID may be required) (“Cardmembers”). This Event will take place on 10 June 2026 and 11 June 2026 in two sessions on each date, as follows:

(i) between 17:30 – 18:30; and

(ii) between 19:00 – 20:00.

2. Cardmembers must arrive at the Wines and Spirits Education Room at the Harrods Knightsbridge store, 87-135 Brompton Road, London, SW1X 7XL at least 10 minutes before the start of each session on the day of the Event that they have booked. Cardmembers who arrive more than 30 minutes after the start of the Event may not be permitted entry.

3. To book a place at the Event, Cardmembers must:

(ii) state any allergy or dietary requirements, and

(iii) provide details of requested food or drink substitutions, in advance of the Event.

4. Cardmembers can gain access to the Event by presenting on the day of the Event the email confirmation that they will receive after purchasing their ticket.

5. There will be 8 spaces per Event session and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Each Cardmember can make a purchase of up to 2 tickets (for themselves and a guest) and only book on to one event.

7. Cardmembers and guests who attend the Event may use their ticket confirmation email as a voucher of £65 (“Voucher”), only redeemable against select eligible products from the Wines & Spirits department (please see paragraph 8 for select products) on the Lower Ground Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store between 10 June 2026 – 18 June 2026 (inclusive).

8. Eligible products for the redemption of the Voucher: Harrods 16 Piece Whisky Bonbon Collection, Harrods Highland Single Malt Whisky, Harrods Campbeltown Blended Malt Whisky, Harrods Blended Malt Fresh Fruity Whisky, Harrods Blended Malt Smoke Spice Whisky.

9. Cardmembers who have purchased a ticket must contact the Harrods American Express team via email at [email protected], as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the Event. Please note tickets are non-refundable if cancelled (or numbers reduced), or if you fail to show up to the Event. To amend or cancel your reservation, please email [email protected] (please note that cancellations via Website or App are not accepted).

10. Harrods reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel the Events in its sole discretion.

11. The food and drink available at the Event will contain alcohol and may contain allergens including, without limitation, shellfish, dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, wheat and soya. The Promoter will endeavour to accommodate the allergy and dietary requirements provided by guests, but this may not be possible and the Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed at an Event (including but not limited to allergic reactions), or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by an attendee, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending an Event.

12. These terms are additional to the General Event Terms and Conditions which apply to the Events and are available at https://www.harrods.com/en-gb/legal/events. By booking an Event, Cardmembers confirm (on their own behalf and on behalf of any guest (if applicable)) that they have read and agree with these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the General Event Terms and Conditions, these terms shall apply to the extent required to resolve any such conflict.

13. By confirming their attendance at an Event, guests acknowledge that Harrods needs to process their personal information. Harrods will use this personal information for the purposes of administering the Event. Subject to availability, customers who purchase a ticket in advance can attend the Chanel Beauty Masterclass exclusive for Harrods American Express® Cardmembers in the Auditorium room on the lower ground floor at the Harrods Knightsbridge store on 19 June 2026, taking place between 3:00 pm – 4:15 pm (“Masterclass”).

A £60 ticket fee per person applies to the Masterclass. Ticket purchases are limited to one per person. Spaces at theMasterclass are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Customers must register to book a place at the Masterclass at least 24 hours in advance via the following link:

On purchasing a ticket, customers will receive an email confirmation which must be shown on entry to the Masterclass, in order to gain access, and will act as a voucher of £60. The voucher can only be redeemed on purchases of CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty products at the Harrods Knightsbridge store, on the date of the Masterclass only. The voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers or other vouchers and can only be redeemed once. Refunds are not available on products purchased using the voucher unless the item(s) are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ask in store for more details.

Alcohol will not be served to customers under the age of 18 (ID may be required in order to prove age).

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or drink consumed at the Masterclass (including but not limited to allergic reactions), or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by an attendee, or any loss or damage to property as a result of attending the Masterclass.
