Dr Rabia Malik’s bespoke skin plans are a worthwhile investment for anyone who is unsure on what products are best for their skin. The appointment incorporates a 30-minute consultation to aid in creating a treatment plan, followed by a 30-minute express medifacial to brighten the skin. After the initial consultation, you will receive a personalised skin plan that will contain the information you need to make the best choices for skin health, including recommendations for products, treatments and supplements. Dr Malik is able to recommend more than 20 cosmeceutical skincare ranges in an independent capacity.

Skin Refining Peel for Body

Dr Malik’s tailor-made peels can be used for the whole body, offering both immediate and long-term skin health benefits. The body peel will refine texture and promote even skin tone and healthy exfoliation. The body peel does not include the face and can be combined with the facial peel for the ultimate head-to-toe rejuvenation.

Medical Mesofacial – Harrods Exclusive

This exclusive treatment combines medical-grade dermarolling and microneedling to stimulate the skin’s own collagen production, which aids in addressing laxity, fine lines, wrinkles and acne scarring. This is followed by the application of skin-rejuvenating topicals.

Meso-peel*

Dr Malik’s signature Meso-peel combines medical-grade dermaroller/micro-needling with a customised peel. This treatment offers skin rejuvenation with little downtime. It can be repeated every three or four months to address dullness, skin laxity and hyperpigmentation. *Please note that Meso-peel involves the use of larger needles and will require the application of topical anaesthetic.

Dermaplaning Facial

An effective method of exfoliation using a scalpel blade, dermaplaning involves the removal of dead skin cells from the top layer of the skin which allows products to penetrate more readily into the deeper layers. Along with exfoliating, it also helps remove unwanted villus hair from the face. This treatment can be used to prepare the skin for chemical peels or medical facials and is often used on those with rough, dry skin, superficial hyperpigmentation, mild acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles. Results are noticeable after the first treatment.

Eye Peel

Addresses fine lines, puffiness and dark circles around the eyes. Superficial alpha hydroxyl acid peel is used and is safe and effective for the delicate eye area. Initial application of the peel solution is followed by a customised serum containing a mixture of antioxidant and peptides. This treatment is ideally done as a course of 3, one treatment a week for 3 consecutive weeks although can be done as a stand-alone treatment for brightening eyes.
